MY ROLE: To redesign the core services of GfK platform
- Understand the core needs of key clients
- Create service blueprints of the AS-IS
- Work with full digital studio to create new version of product to onboard key clients

What do clients want?
I worked with with researchers to conduct market insight into what clients wanted from the current platform. This was a mixture of research methods of survey data, hot spot analysis and interviews. To build out service blueprints for workshops.
Imagine
Using persona’s shaped by researchers, i created hackathon workshops based on the Lean Design sprint method. This allowed product teams to create new experiences based on the insight gathered for testing.
Testing testing
The competing designs where presented to clients during a series of events designed with account managers.
I used the insight to create the final blueprints for key services that would head into development.
